As the one-person marketing communications department, I spearheaded the entire organisation’s marketing plan, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing, website management, and paid advertising. Throughout my tenure, Instagram following grew by 200% and newsletter open rates increased by 20%, contributing to growth in public program attendance, Print Center’s digital presence, and fundraising initiatives.
